For Pesha Fest 2026, I led the festival’s visual communication and social media, managing Instagram, Facebook and TikTok and developing the content strategy and calendar for the three months leading up to the event. I coordinated a team of three people working on video content and Reels, while also creating and editing content myself. Alongside the digital communication, I designed the festival’s printed and physical materials, including the trifold programme brochure, posters, stickers, badges, large-format sponsor vinyls and a city-wide quiz displayed on public buses. I also created a new design for the basketball hoops at the host high school. The project involved both creative direction and hands-on production, using mainly Canva, Photoshop and InDesign.
